Promotor (w/m/d) SICAM 8 - Power Automation / Control Application Products

• You support the sales team and execution units, motivating them to acquire and develop additional business.
• You are responsible for the active presentation and execution of roadshows, webinars, and training sessions for colleagues, customers, and partners across various industries, including the creation of relevant documents and concepts in close collaboration with promoters, the technical sales team, and the marketing team.
• You take responsibility for designing your measures and activities while considering current market developments.
• You analyze customer needs and requirements and assist in the creation of optimal applications and offers.
• You act as an interface between the market and product management, providing valuable insights for product development. In this context, you support the relevant business cases and specific customer needs.
• Furthermore, you reliably identify and build multipliers in various regions, proactively support the growth of the business field, and serve as a role model for regional managers to influence and expand the sales organization in relation to energy network operators, industry, and infrastructure.

You excel in

• You have a strong sales affinity, high competence in a technical environment, and many years of experience in configuring SICAM 8 products. This includes the configuration of communication protocols and secure automation with CFC in the SICAM Device Manager.
• You have a good understanding of the operation of high, medium, and low voltage networks and the equipment of local network stations, switchgear, and substations. Good experience in communication via Modbus, IEC61850, IEC is advantageous.
• You bring initial experience and interest in new digital and cloud-based solutions for this domain.
• You are a motivated and creative individual, finding optimal solutions for our customers in a highly technical environment, and impress us with your communication and presentation skills in English and German, both orally and in writing.
• You can convince customers and internal partners of our solutions, are results-oriented in your work approach, advance your topics with initiative, and are accustomed to working in an international team thanks to your intercultural competence.
• You have successfully completed a master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Very good German and English skills, as well as the willingness for flexible international travel (30-40%), round off your profile.
