Actively support and supervise the daily Operations at the airport to ensure safe and secure and customer oriented service under the direction of the Airport Manager.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and/or experience in the airline industry
  • Strong understanding of airport operations and passenger movements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to converse with all levels of an organization as well as high-ranked external figures, with care and class
  • Able to respond, influence and proactively create mutually acceptable solutions, always with Air Canada best interests in mind
  • Must have ability to work shift, weekend and statutory holidays and work beyond rostered hours due to irregular flight operations
  • Strong commitment to teamwork & commitment to employee engagement
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills
  • Possess an energetic and tenacious attitude
  • German and English language skills
  • Demonstrate passion for travel
  • Advance knowledge of Word, Excel
  • Advance knowledge of Departure Control System (DCS); knowledge of ALTEA system, an asset.

Soutenir et superviser activement l'exploitation quotidienne à l'aéroport de Francfort afin d'assurer la prestation d'un service sûr, sécuritaire et axé sur le client, sous la direction du chef d'escale.

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine pertinent avec au moins deux années d'expérience dans un rôle de gestionnaire dans l'industrie du transport aérien
  • Excellente compréhension de l'exploitation aéroportuaire et des mouvements des passagers
  • Excellente habileté pour la communication orale et écrite, et habileté à s'entretenir avec tous les niveaux d'une organisation, ainsi qu'avec des hauts dirigeants de l'extérieur, avec soin et avec classe
  • Capacité à rechercher, influencer et élaborer des solutions mutuellement acceptables, en gardant toujours à l'esprit les intérêts d'Air Canada
  • Capacité de travailler par postes, notamment les fins de semaine et les jours fériés, et de travailler après les heures planifiées en cas d'irrégularités d'exploitation
  • Esprit d'équipe marqué et détermination à mobiliser les employés
  • Excellentes habiletés pour les relations interpersonnelles
  • Attitude énergique et forte
  • Bilinguisme (anglais et allemand)
  • Être animé d'une passion pour les voyages
  • Connaissance approfondie de Word et d'Excel
  • Connaissance approfondie du système de contrôle des départs (DCS); connaissance du système Altéa, un atout
