As our new
Operations Specialist,
you be responsible for
processing invoices, contracts
, and purchase orders efficiently, while
collaborating closely with our vendors
. You will manage
CRM data updates
, oversee billing for our European subsidiaries,
create contracts
, and assist with administrative tasks within our ERP system.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage and process orders in the ERP system (MS Dynamics 365)
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors, distributors, and customers
• Actively track order status and ensure timely updates
• Create and manage contracts and EA agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Maintain customer master data in CRM and ERP systems and support cross-functional teams (Finance, Inside Sales, etc.) in daily operations

Your Competencies:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or similar roles with a solid understanding of software tools and their application
• Proficient in multi-vendor licensing programs (RedHat, Nutanix, Acronix, Oracle, VMWare, AWS, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, etc), with hands-on experience creating and managing customer agreements
• Skilled in Microsoft's ordering tools and ensuring processing of customer orders and contract updates
• Familiarity with updating contract details, creating additional agreements, and coordinating seamlessly between account managers and Microsoft to ensure smooth operations
