Bei sgpartner übernehmen Sie als Senior Associate (m/w/d) früh Verantwortung in anspruchsvollen Mandaten. Sie beraten zu komplexen Fragen im Insolvenz- und Restrukturierungsrecht, arbeiten interdisziplinär mit Juristen und Betriebswirten zusammen und entwickeln praxisnahe Lösungen. Ihre Aufgaben- Eigenständige Begleitung von Restrukturierungs- und Sanierungsmandaten, außergerichtlich und gerichtlich
- Mitwirkung in Eigenverwaltungen, StaRUG-Verfahren und Insolvenzanfechtungsfällen
- Vertretung von Insolvenzverwaltern bei der Durchsetzung und Abwehr von Ansprüchen gegen Organe und Gesellschafter
- Unterstützung von Unternehmern und Investoren beim Erwerb oder Verkauf von Unternehmen oder Unternehmensteilen aus der Insolvenz
- Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Psychologie, Pädagogik oder vergleichbarer Studiengang, idealerweise in bereits fortgeschrittenem Stadium
- Praxiserfahrung im Bereich Human Resources in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Bereitschaft für engagierte Teamarbeit sowie ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Überdurchschnittliche Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
- Attraktive Vergütung – 70–95 TEUR Fixgehalt plus möglicher variabler Anteil
