We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Projects Associate to join our team. As part of the Strategic Projects Team, you will be responsible for the execution of key cross-functional projects. These projects have a strong impact on the future success of LeanIX and help us further increase the maturity of our business operations. This role will involve you working closely with senior management and teams from various departments to drive innovation and growth. You will excel in this role if you are a driven and solution-oriented person with strong communication skills. Your background in project management or consulting combined with your desire to work in a dynamic environment will help you succeed in this role.
**Strategic Projects Associate (f/m/d)**
Connected remote and based in Bonn region, Germany.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Support with driving cross-functional strategic initiatives (e.g., building our mid-term growth plan, assessing acquisition targets, or further developing our go-to-market operations)
- Prepare strategic choices for the LeanIX advisory board and bring the regular investor reporting to the next level
- Support our management with data-driven and actionable insights
- Work with different teams on company-wide strategic priorities such as entry into new markets, revenue planning e.g.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 2-4 years of experience in project management or strategy consulting in a top-tier strategy consultancy
- Very good project management skills and the drive and ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and proven data-analytical skills (Excel)
- Passion for technology and SaaS products
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
