Was founded in 1884 in Trieste (Italy) by Lionello Stock, industrialist and entrepreneur together with his business partner, Carlo Camis as a steam wine distillery "Distilleria a vapore Camis & Stock". At that time company's main product was cognac "Medicinal".

By the 1920s the Stock company was one of the largest companies of its kind in Europe. Now, Stock Spirits is among the leading alcohol beverage companies in Europe. In November 2021 it was acquired by CVC Capital Partners.

We are operating in 9 markets which are Poland, the Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, France, Germany and the Balkans.

Vaší náplní práce bude:

  • Společná tvorba strategie pro svěřené značky a jejich další budování v rámci prémiového segmentu destilátů.
  • Vývoj, exekuce a vyhodnocování brand plánů – s cílem růstu podílu na trhu, posílení značek a maximální návratnosti investic.
  • Řízení procesu lokálních iniciativ, kampaní a projektů – od konceptu přes exekuci až po vyhodnocení výsledků.
  • Aktivní spolupráce s lokálními, ale i mezinárodními týmy při rozvoji aktivit těchto značek.
  • Příprava kreativy a realizace komunikačních kampaní, které zaujmou spotřebitele a posílí image značek.
  • Spolupráce s agenturami, obchodními partnery i kolegy napříč společností.
  • Pracovat s daty o trhu i konkurenci a proměnit je v jasná a praktická doporučení.

Jste našim ideálním kandidátem, pokud:

Vás baví porozumět spotřebiteli a objevovat nové cesty, jak ho efektivně oslovit. Dokážete spojit kreativní přístup s obchodním myšlením a přetavit nápady v konkrétní výsledky. Jste kreativní, ambiciózní a komunikativní osobnost, která se nezalekne jednání s různými stakeholdery. Máte obchodní a finanční nadhled.

  • Máte VŠ vzdělání a minimálně 5 let zkušeností v BRAND marketingu (ideálně FMCG, spirits výhodou).
  • Ovládáte plynně angličtinu (všechny prezentace připravujeme v angličtině a mnoho partnerů jsou zahraniční).
  • Jste aktivní řidič/ka (občas je třeba zajet do Plzně za výrobou či na nějaký event).
