Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PAM Assistant, based in Berlin, Germany. The PAM Assistant will support the implementation and management of Fidarnet's hardware-based Privileged Access Management service. The role includes assisting in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing secure access systems, coordinating between teams to ensure compliance with security protocols, and contributing to the development and integration of advanced security solutions. The candidate will be expected to collaborate with technical teams and clients to address access management needs effectively while upholding the highest security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with container technologies like Kubernetes and designing scalable infrastructures
• Knowledge of implementing Zero Trust security principles and integrating hardware/software solutions for privileged access management
• Understanding of IT security protocols and regulations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Proficiency in handling complex IT environments and managing access controls
• A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Prior experience in PAM systems or security-focused roles is an advantage
• Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus
