Deine Mission
  • Customer Journeys aufbauen: Du entwickelst und optimierst automatisierte Customer Lifecycle Journeys für unsere Bestandskunden – von Welcome bis Upsell
  • Tool-Landschaft nutzen: Du baust auf bestimmte Tools (z.B. Salesforce Marketing Cloud) gezielte Journeys, Trigger-Mailings, Reaktivierungskampagnen und Pop-ups für bestimmte Kundensegmente
  • Feature-Kommunikation automatisieren: Du setzt Trigger für Features, die noch nicht genutzt werden, und planst skalierbare E-Mail- und In-App-Kommunikation
  • Kampagnen auswerten & optimieren: Du trackst KPIs wie Adoption Rate, NPS, Feature-Nutzung und reagierst datenbasiert mit weiteren Maßnahmen
  • Segmentlogik & Trigger definieren: Du arbeitest eng mit Data, Growth und Success, um relevante Segmentierungen, Personas & Trigger aufzubauen
Deine Superkräfte
  • CRM-Experte: Du kennst Dich mit CRM-Systemen (Journeys, Flows, Reports) und weiteren Tools (In-App, Pop-Ups, Walkthroughs etc.) aus
  • Lifecycle-Visionär*in: Du denkst ganzheitlich vom ersten Login bis zum Power-User – und weißt, wie man Nurturing entlang der Journey baut
  • SaaS-Erfahrung: Du kennst den Umgang mit Bestandskunden im Software-Umfeld und weißt, welche Trigger und Maßnahmen am besten wirken
  • Automation: Du liebst es, Prozesse zu automatisieren, testest gern neue Ansätze und iterierst datengetrieben
  • Hands-on & lösungsorientiert: Du wartest nicht auf lange Konzepte, sondern setzt schnelle Lösungen mit Wirkung um
