Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Lead Development BTP Platform, you are responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of innovative applications and services on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will guide development teams, ensure adherence to architecture standards, and enable modern, cloud-native development practices. Your role includes strategic alignment with business needs, technical leadership, and end-to-end service management for the development environment on BTP.

  • Lead BTP development initiatives using technologies like CAP, , Java, and SAPUI5.

  • Define and maintain architecture guidelines and development standards.

  • Ensure quality, security, and performance of custom applications on BTP.

  • Support DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies.

  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and security teams.

  • Drive innovation through the adoption of new BTP services and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with SAP BTP, especially in application development.

  • Expertise in cloud-native technologies and microservice architectures.

  • Proficient in programming languages such as and Java.

  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile development practices.

  • Leadership skills and ability to guide cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
