Sales Management Specialist

Your responsibility:

  1. You will support the Europe Sales Team on matters of order management and logistics management to meet customers delivery request.
  1. You will collect monthly rolling forecast from Europe Sales Team and work with Planning and Logistic team in HQ to assure an appropriate stock level at warehouse in NL.
  1. You will collaborate with different departments to support on the achievement of monthly target revenue and timely escalate in case of risk.
  1. You will cooperates with IT、Finance、Logistics etc. and contribute to continuously improve the effectiveness of the internal Sales process and CRM System.
  1. You will report to Sales Management Team in HQ, collecting and maintaining different data for Sales KPI figures.
  1. You will support the Europe Sales team with the necessary requirements to assure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Above three years of working experience in position of Sales Operation & Support、International Logistics or relevant functions, PV field is preferred.
  2. Education Background in International Trade and Logistics, Business Administration is preferred.
  3. Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, other EU local language is a plus.
  4. High degree of service orientation (customer oriented) and can work under pressure.
  5. Good ability on collaborating internal resources and good communication skills.
  6. High attention on details and able to manage changing priorities in fast developing company.
