Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams von über 100 Mitarbeitern suchen wir ab sofort einen Odoo-Functional Consultant (m/w/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Sie verantworten Customizing und Konzeption von kundenindividuellen Lösungen zur Erreichung eines Soll-Prozesses unter Berücksichtigung des Odoo-Standards.
  • Sie analysieren und restrukturieren Geschäftsprozesse in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und internen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sie priorisieren Anforderungen und Lösungsdesigns in Abstimmung mit dem Kunden und internen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Sie übernehmen die Kommunikation zwischen internen und externen Stakeholdern, um Akzeptanz und Verständnis für die umgesetzten Lösungen sicherzustellen.
  • Sie führen Workshops und Präsentationen durch und schulen Anwender in deren Arbeitsprozessen.

IHR PROFIL

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und bisherige Tätigkeit im Umfeld von ERP-Systemen
  • Fähigkeit, Geschäftsprozesse in Gesamtzusammenhängen zu analysieren, zu dokumentieren und Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren
  • Fähigkeit diese Geschäftsprozesse, aufgrund des hohen Interesses an IT-Systemen, mit dem Odoo-Standard abzugleichen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie selbstständige, genaue und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kenntnisse verschiedener Entwicklungsprozesse wie Agil, Scrum oder Waterfall
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse
