If you have a passion for business process optimization and enjoy working with cutting-edge technology, this is the perfect opportunity for youWhat You’ll Do:Business Analysis & Documentation: Analyze and document business requirements and processes related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Solution Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions to improve and optimize business processes for clients.Training & Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure end-users can effectively adopt Dynamics 365 solutions.Post-Implementation Support: Provide troubleshooting support and assistance after implementation, ensuring the system continues to meet business needs.Specifications Creation: Develop clear technical and functional specifications to guide system configurations.What Our Client Is Looking For:Experience: Several years of experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.Skills: Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in Customer Engagement.Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to work with internal teams and clients.Languages: Fluent German (min.
