Gegründet von der in Berlin lebenden Dermatologin Dr. Emi Arpa, verbindet das Unternehmen effektive, hochwertige Inhaltsstoffe mit Fermenten, um wirksame und nachhaltige Lösungen für alle Hauttypen zu schaffen. Vegan und PETA-zertifiziert legt DR. EMI ARPA Skin großen Wert auf Transparenz und Hautgesundheit, mit dem Ziel, eine neue Skincare Ära einzuleiten.

Als Scientific Communication Manager:in (Skincare) für 30h/Woche bist du zentraler Bestandteil unseres R&D-Bereichs und verantwortest die Übersetzung wissenschaftlicher Erkenntnisse in klare, markenspezifische und konsumentenorientierte Botschaften – intern wie extern.

Diese Position verbindet wissenschaftliche Tiefe mit kreativer Kommunikation und prägt maßgeblich die Markenidentität unserer zukünftigen Produkte.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Übersetzung wissenschaftlicher Inhalte in klare, markenrelevante Kommunikation (intern & extern)
  • Mitwirkung an der Produktentwicklung: Briefings, Claims, Packaging-Texte & Naming
  • Recherche & Aufbereitung wissenschaftlicher Literatur incl. Wirkstoff- und INCI-Analysen
  • Erstellung von Produkttexten, Blogartikeln, Education- und Training-Materialien
  • Qualitätssicherung: Prüfung von Marketing- & PR-Texten auf wissenschaftliche Richtigkeit
  • Unterstützung des E-Commerce (PDP-Texte, SEO, Content-Optimierung)
  • Fachliche Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanfragen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing, Retail, Social Media, CRM, Design & externen Partnern

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches Studium
  • 1- 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Kosmetikindustrie (Produktentwicklung, Claims, R&D oder Scientific Communication)
  • Fundiertes Wissen zu Wirkstoffen, Hautbiologie & Formulierungen
  • Starke Schreibkompetenz: wissenschaftlich präzise & verständlich für Konsument
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Liebe zum Detail und Spaß an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Leidenschaft für Skincare & transparente Kommunikation
