JOB ID: EMEA05071Position Description As a part of our Plan to Produce Process Governance Team located at our site in Hilden (near Düsseldorf) you will be responsible for the current process flows in our global Operations. This entails communication with global business experts and process owners as well as identifying and prioritizing operational needs. You will organize workshops with stakeholders to align on procedures and process flows. Moreover you will be part of a team responsible for the upgrade from our SAP R/3 system to SAP S/4 HANA. The focus here will be on the development, testing and implementation of new standard templates for all relevant processes. This transformation will require to travel to other sites in order to support the global roll out. This position is project related and therefore limited until its completion (expected earliest December 2026). Position Requirements You bring experience in process development and/or optimization. An university degree is an advantage but not mandatory. You have a strong understanding of Internal Logistic or the Production Planning processes and procedures in a medium to large company. Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally S/4 HANA is needed. You bring a maximum attention to detail as well as analytical thinking and have the ability to organize your workload accordingly, responsibly and provide information clearly and shortly. You have advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal) for professional work. German is gladly seen, but not mandatory.
