Our innovative robot, goodbot, is the first agile pipetting assistant specifically designed for researchers, aiming to revolutionize the world of science by automating the pipetting process. As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a proactive and motivated working student to collaborate directly with the founders, supporting our business planning and fundraising efforts, including our upcoming seed financing round. As a Working Student in Business Planning and Fundraising, you will play an essential role in helping us grow and scale our business. Under the guidance of our experienced founders and management team, you will assist in developing business strategies, identifying funding opportunities, and preparing investor presentations and grant proposals. This role will also involve participating in the management of our upcoming seed financing round, building on the success of our recently completed pre-seed round. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and learn about various aspects of business development, startup management, fundraising, and life sciences. This position offers the flexibility to work fully remote, hybrid, or on-site at our Freiburg office. We provide flexible working hours to accommodate your study schedule, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week, up to 20 hours. Tasks - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business planning and strategy development - Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential funding sources, including investors, fonds, grants and competitions - Support the preparation of investor presentations, grant proposals, and other fundraising materials - Assist in planning and managing our upcoming Seed Funding Process - Assist the founders in various aspects of business development, planning and the management of strategic projects **Requirements**: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field - At least one year of practical experience (e.g. 1-2 internships) - You are extremely result driven, highly organized, like to work in a fast paced organization - You enjoy to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Fluent in English is a must.
