Working Student Office Management

**Your Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Working Student to join our Front Office Team in Freiburg

You will get to know diverse tasks, such as:

- Supporting our front office team at the front desk and with our visitor management
- Processing mail and shipment of packages
- To make sure our Jedoxians are always well taken care of, you are in charge of non-strategic purchases
- During our diverse team event, you support your team in making sure that the organization of the event runs smoothly
- Making sure, that everything is functioning in our offices. When necessary, you are in charge of planning and ordering services for reparations and maintenance

**Your Profile**:

- You are formally enrolled as a student
- You love working with people and are a strong communicator
- You enjoy coordinating and organizing task and want to develop this strength in practice in an internationally operating software company
- You have a good work ethic, are pro-active and able to work independently
- Your schedule is flexible and you are available to work 20 hours per week
- You have a sound knowledge (written and spoken) of German and English
- You have experience in working with MS Office (Outlook, Work, Excel)
