Reference: 990128 Your Mission - You will contribute to the high quality and continuous learning within the organization by evaluating measures and developing further approaches as well concepts. - You will support in creating and implementing workshops/trainings for management and employees. - You will drive forward our work to have impact by improving assessment processes as well as creating development curricula. - You will be providing support for management and employees regarding training needs and tracking of the companywide trainings. - You will help drive forward our company culture initiatives. - You will take part in the Performance & Development processes, evaluating programs and processes for optimal employee and organizational development. Your Profile **Education** - You have successfully completed a Bachelor degree in psychology, business administration or a similar field (preferably including a focus on data analysis) and are currently in your Master program and in search of a spot for a mandatory internship (or alternatively in a gap year between Bachelor and Master program). **Experience** - You have already gained first experiences (e.g., as a working student) in the field of HR, preferably Learning & Development and/or Organizational Development and have a basic understanding of topics such as HR development, training & workshop organization, feedback and company culture. - You have first experience in creating concepts for learning & development topics. - You are able to steer the operational planning and organization of events, such as workshops or internal trainings. - You are familiar with gathering, analyzing and formatting data and communicating results concisely and comprehensibly. - You can communicate well with different stakeholders both inside and outside HR. **Personal skills** - You are a team player with a positive attitude, hands-on-mentality and get things done. - You have a huge attention to detail and data accuracy. - You are proactive and bring forward innovative ideas for improvements. - You have an analytical mindset with an affinity for critical thinking. - You have High communication skills both spoken and written. - You are open-minded to learning new things and navigating various stakeholders. **Language skills** - Excellent in both written and spoken English (C1), German is a plus but not mandatory.
