By facilitating easier buying and selling of used electric vehicles, we're not just driving commerce but also propelling the energy transition toward sustainability. Our elite team hails from Berlin's startup scene with experience at **McKinsey, BCG, Rocket Internet, Razor Group, Cosuno, Delivery Hero, HeyCar, and Auto1.**

We're in search of an EiR (Entrepreneur in Residence) to take on critical roles in strategy and execution. You'll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to set our course. If you're eager for a high-impact, career-defining role, let’s make a difference together.

**Tasks**

As the EiR at Cardino, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our high-growth startup. Your responsibilities include:

- You will collaborate closely with Cardino's leadership and various departments to initiate, take full ownership, and deliver key strategic and operational initiatives.
- Be a sparring partner for the C-Level for strategic and operational decisions, as well as crafting and executing company-wide strategic plans.
- Liaising between departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well-executed and goals are met.
- Representing Cardino in negotiations and partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company and its stakeholders.
- You will drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) with the C-Level

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., MBB consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from data and craft actionable strategies.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, manage complex projects, and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus.
