Our focus is on enhancing and facilitating effective communication and efficient processes between ship and shore. With the aspiration of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence with a specific mandate to support the company by defining and executing the decarbonization strategy and its associated multidimensional technological challenges. With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

**Your Responsibilities**

  • Coordinate the onboarding process, hereby ensuring that all newly hired seafarers are trained and qualified in full compliance with company’s, STCW and flag state requirements, have passed medical examinations as required and obtained relevant visa’s prior joining the first vessel
  • Attend to administrational tasks such as LNG agreements, flag state documents, renewal of documents, incl. endorsements for direct-hired crew, VISA / travel letters and others
  • Maintain seafarer records in the computerized system (Mistral) as required; attending to alerts in Mistral as assigned
  • Any other tasks and organizational duties as may assigned to including vessel visits

**Your Profile**

  • Vocational training with focus on Shipping, Ship Management, Office Administration or Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Ship Management, Human Resources or Business Administration desirable
  • Experience in the area of Shipping / Human Resources and Business Administration a plus
  • Good command of the English language (English is our company language.)
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
