We are currently looking for curious and driven Named Account Executive for our customer adidas with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. In this strategic role you are managing the relationship with our customer adidas and identify additional growth potential for both parties by leveraging our entire portfolio of products. Your impact: - As part of our Enterprise Sales team you will be selling to one of our top enterprise Retail account - You will build and implement an account plan to deliver maximum revenue potential together with an extended Sales team - Forecast sales activity and revenue achievement, while creating satisfied customers - Evangelize the salesforce vision through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account specific initiatives **Required Skills**: - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.) - Solid track of solution selling experience and profound Retail Industry knowledge - Ability to map out and strategically define account plans for top tier accounts - Effectively optimize internal and external networks. - Evidence of relationship building skills with an ability to grow and nurture relationships. - Excellent at leveraging C-level and LOB relationships. - Exhibits characteristics of self-starting, risk taking, and a drive to succeed. - Must be proficient in both English & German - Ability to negotiate complex deals **Benefits**: - Very competitive compensation package with uncapped commission and employee stock purchase plan - Ramp up schedule including training boot camp at hire and continuous sales and product training - Extensive benefit package incl. substantial self and career development programs as well as wellbeing reimbursement and attractive parental benefits to support your individual family needs Diversity & Inclusion: One of Salesforce's core values is, Equality.
