**About the Role**:
**Your Daily Business**:

- Develop and implement mobile testing strategies and methodologies;
- Manage a team of QA testers and provide guidance and support;
- Document and track issues, bugs, and enhancements through a bug-tracking system;
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to the development team;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Data, and Marketing to improve overall product quality and customer experience.

**Base Qualifications**:

- At least 5+ years of experience in mobile testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Experience with automated testing (Python, Flutter or Golang);
- Strong understanding of mobile development processes and mobile operating systems (iOS, Android);
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Trello;
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse teams.
