**The Role**:
We are currently hiring a Recruiter with German to manage end-to-end processes for one of our top clients within manufacturing and power systems sector - Company that is focused on creating sustainable, climate neutral solutions for drive, propulsion and power generation.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes
- Ensuring quality shortlists are prepared and delivered in timely manner
- Building and strengthening relationships with Hiring Managers through resource planning, job specification, other recruitment activities
- Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated
- Deliver results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives
- Undertaking market mapping projects

**Skills & Experience**:
- Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for the German market and working directly with Hiring Managers- Fluency in German and English both written and spoken-
- Strong customer focus and the ability to manage Senior Stakeholders- Analytical mind, attention to detail and practical approach
