Global Dispatch Administrator

Your mission
- You will be responsible for the commercial processing of shipping orders to customers and service locations worldwide including organization
- You will prepare the transport and customs documents in compliance with legal regulations and shipping specifications (ideally via ATLAS)
- You will be responsible for the classification of goods in the customs tariff
- You will establish and develope an efficient import & export process for a fast-growing start-up
- You will handle the orders with logistics and data maintenance
- You will be responsible for a professional and service-oriented customer service
**Profile**:
- You have knowledge of customs declarations and procedures (inward processing, temporary admission, CARNET)
- You mark yourself ideally by several years of professional experience in customs (import or export)
- You have advanced MS Office knowledge
- You can work independently and reliable, have a high degree of personal initiative and responsibility as well as personal commitment and ability to work in a team
- You have fluent German and good English skills
