**Job Description**:
The Sales Acceleration Specialist combines Sales, Product Evangelism, and Technical Credibility working alongside our Sales and Product organizations to help drive revenue by helping customers solve digital performance challenges. You will be engaged with some of the largest companies in the world, making a global impact by helping accelerate product adoption and overall growth. In addition, you’ll assist with internal product enablement and knowledge transfer, as well as sales strategy - acting as both an internal and customer facing resource with a focus on revenue.
**Qualifications**:
- Pre-Sales Experience
- Any prior Engineering / Technical experience a plus
- Any prior Digital Monitoring / Observability experience a plus
- Great Presentation Skills - Product Evangelist both customer facing and internally facing
- Hunter Mindset - proactively run reports, gather data, and reach out to customers, sales teams and sales leaders.
- Familiar with Cloud Application Performance, Application Performance, Cloud Native Application Delivery
- Ability to be Technically Credible or Willingness to Learn (can describe terms like Latency, Page Fetch Time, HTTP Response Time, CPU Utilization, Wifi RSSI values).
