Within the value stream OneHUB we are consolidating our central back-office processes into global (virtual/physical) Hubs to enable scalable and efficient operations of our core business. With OneHOUSE we will replace our legacy system landscape in Europe with a more modern and more automated system landscape to be ready for the future.
As Portfolio Migration Specialist OneHUB Europe you work as part of our international OneHUB team focusing on Europe. You will work in a very interesting and complex stakeholder field, balancing between the OneHUB and OneHOUSE initiatives. In this role you are supporting the Portfolio Migration project lead in defining/executing on the portfolio migration strategy to make sure we are able to migrate the existing market legacy portfolio into the new system landscape after go-live of OneHOUSE in the markets.
Your tasks range from analyzing the legacy market portfolios, setting/executing a data verification model, defining/executing test cases, cost/benefit analysis, supporting the execution of the actual migration to communicating with the local markets about their portfolio details.
In this context, you are dealing with multiple stakeholders, challenging timelines and a complex international environment. Therefore, your (market) expertise and experience in our core financial services business, your analytical skills, and your ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks are key enablers for the success of this transformation program.
You are comfortable in an international work environment and willing to frequently travel within Europe.
**Your tasks will be:
**Supporting the portfolio migration strategy**:

- Supporting the migration strategy on program level (planning, executing, tracking)
- Documentation/execution of migration test cases
- Facilitating/moderation of migration-oriented workshops with markets and project team
- Define and execute on data verification models
- Perform market portfolio analysis and prepare cost/benefit analysis on potential migration options
- Assist in solving open questions/issues and elaborate possible approaches and issue decision papers for stakeholders
- Solve open issues/ topics independently in collaboration with involved project members and the overall program
