ZPS (Zalando Payment Solutions) was founded in 2016 and has a BAFIN-authorized eMoney license since 2019. **THE ROLE & THE TEAM**: Managing Director, Compliance & Risk - Payments GmbH Reports to: Kai-Uwe Mokros, Managing Director Zalando Payments GmbH Location: Berlin, Germany (corporate headquarters) Team Size: 30 Accountable for the topics Legal, Compliance, Anti Money Laundering, Internal audit, Information Security, Risk - and Business Continuity Management, Outsourcing Management. After being founded in 2016, Zalando Payment Solutions (ZPS) achieved the eMoney license by german BaFin and is acting in 25 european countries. We are looking for a Managing Director to lead the Compliance & Risk organisation within ZPS. The Compliance and Risk team at ZPS plays a major role in helping to establish, run, expand and diversify the business operations of Zalando Payments. The team is also the central interface for internal and external stakeholders. Under its umbrella all relevant tasks and teams that have the primary responsibility for managing the regulatory risk appetite in operating a payment institution business. The objective of the role is the rapid familiarization with all relevant market success topics, driving efficient scalable structures in information security, regulatory reporting, and execution of regulatory audits.
