Key duties: - Manage administrative tasks for both countries, from contract creation to payroll preparation - Be the HR contact locally in alignment with the HR strategy - Participate in cross-country projects in alignment with the HR Director - Plan and organize roll-out of initiatives in Germany. - Manage the HR systems & prepare communications in the course of changes or updates - Work together with Group HR in regional/global initiatives - Oversee and manage employees’ benefits - Lead the local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, plans, and programs. - Creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being. - Support to develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive policy framework within HR function. - Maintain in-depth knowledge of local employment laws to ensure compliance with relevant employment practices and regulations. - **You’re a match having**:_ - Experience in HR administration. - Up to date advanced legal and tax know how - "Culture Builder: identifies and influences patterns of shared assumptions, beliefs, values, and expectations that shape the attitudes and behaviors of the people in the organization " - "Compliance: ability to follow regulation, protect employees, act ethically, and do what's necessary to make things happen.
