**Job Description**:
Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und produziert elektronische Bauteile, die hauptsächlich auf der Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW)-Technologie basieren. Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch. An unserem Standort gibt es neben einem Produktmanagement und einer Entwicklungsabteilung auch einen hochautomatisierten Produktionsbereich. Wir sind international in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Industrieelektronik und Verteidigungstechnik tätig.

Unsere Personalabteilung unterstützt die Entwicklung unserer Mitarbeiter, die Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter und die notwendigen operativen Tätigkeiten wie die Gehaltszahlung, die Aktualisierung der Personalakten und die Koordination und Auswertung von Mitarbeitergesprächen.

Weitere Einzelheiten zu den Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten in dieser Position:

- Verantwortung für die Erledigung täglicher Aufgaben wie Mitarbeiteranfragen, Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Dokumentationen und Berichten.
- Organisation und Pflege von Personalakten, Pensionsplänen und Versicherungsangelegenheiten.
- Verantwortung für das Zeiterfassungs
- und Zugangskontrollsystem (Zeus), Verantwortung für die Verwaltung aller Abwesenheitsunterlagen, Überwachung und Validierung aller Urlaubsanträge und Krankheitsabwesenheiten.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von HR-Prozessen für Onboarding und Offboarding von Mitarbeitern.
- Eingabe/Pflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in HR-bezogene Tools, wie z. B. Workday
- Mitwirkung bei der Durchführung von Gesundheits
- und Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.
- Teilnahme an und Mitwirkung bei Meetings in deutscher und englischer Sprache.

The Teltow site develops and manufactures electronic components based mainly on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most of the products are customer specific. In our site, in addition to a product management and a development department, there is also a highly automated production area. We are internationally active in the fields of communications, industrial electronics and defence technology.

Our human resources department supports the development of our employees, the recruitment of new employees and the necessary operational activities, such as salary payment, the updating of personnel records and the coordination and evaluation of employee interviews.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position:

- Responsibility for handling daily tasks such as employee enquiries, creation of certificates, documentation, and reports.
- Organization and maintenance of personnel records files, pension plans and insurance issues.
- Responsibility for time record and access control system (Zeus), Responsibility for the administration of all absence records, monitoring and validation of all leave requests and sickness absence.
- Assistance in the implementation of HR processes for onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Entering/maintaining of employee data in HR-related tools, such as Workday
- Assist in the implementation of health and safety measurements.
- Participation in and contribution to meetings in German and English language.
