**The Role**
We’re looking for an **Accountant/Administrator** to join our team in our newly renovated office in Germany. This is a **part-time position (20 hours per week)**, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment. You’ll support our finance team, working closely with the Finance Manager and a full-time Accountant to ensure smooth operations across accounting, administration, and payroll functions.

**What You’ll Do**
- Finance & Accounting Support_
- Vendor management and handling debt, including dunning letters.
- Bank postings and preparation of liquidity overviews for management.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
- Administration_
- Manage company insurance policies.
- Coordinate payroll with our external payroll provider:

- Prepare and check monthly payslips.
- Maintain HR files in collaboration with the payroll partner.
- Oversee fleet management for company cars (5-10 vehicles), including leasing contracts, registration, and damage administration.
- Administer time-reporting systems and other office tasks as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administration.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work **4-5 days per week** (e.g., 4 hours/day for 5 days or 5 hours/day for 4 days).
- Ability and willingness to work in-office as main basis with potential for remote work on case-by-case basis.
- Fluency in written and spoken German is required; English proficiency is a plus.
