As our **Business Unit Lead Healthcare**, you will play a pivotal role in driving exponential growth by developing our market presence, growing customer and freelancer portfolios, and penetrating new client accounts. You will have the opportunity to shape strategy and the organization as we grow, working closely with DACH Malt Sales leadership as part of the leadership team. - Define and implement innovative sales strategies to position Malt as the go-to platform for freelancers and consultants.
- Use and expand your network to meet ambitious targets, ensuring Malt’s penetration in Priority 1 accounts, and build long-term relationships.
- Lead and secure top-level meetings with C-Levels (CTO, CDO, CPO, HR) and procurement departments to negotiate global contracts.
- Build a strong network of influencers at strategic account levels by participating in industry events and creating collaboration opportunities with local players.
- Drive RFI / RFP processes to access large markets within your accounts.
