Internship - Interdisciplinary Change Enabler

Your tasks

The main task of Platform Portfolio Management (PPM) is the implementation and active steering of new technologies in worldwide tire production plants. We consider business impact related to product performance, tire component complexity and material costs to steer the technology portfolio and implement it according to optimum business scenarios.

In this exciting environment at our location in Hanover-Stöcken, we are offering a mandatory internship starting September 2025 (or at least October). For the best possible learning experience, the internship should have a duration of 6 months, A combination of voluntary and mandatory internships is feasible, with the mandatory part lasting at least 12 weeks.

This internship centers around supporting with project work and gaining professional experience working within interdisciplinary project teams and high complexity interface management environments.

Tasks include:

- Maintaining project documentation
- Collecting stakeholder requirements and expectations
- Generate documentation in preparation for decision meetings
- Project work in an international environment with intensive use of MS Office-programs and Tableau

**Profile**:

- Students (M/F/diverse) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Natural Sciences or similar study programs
- Experience with common MS Office-tools required
- MS Excel Macro programming capabilities highly appreciated
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Fluent language skills in English, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mindset to improve efficiency of processes
- Good networking capabilities with colleagues of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to comprehend technical topics and express them to colleagues outside of the field of expertise
