Internship - Strategic Global Pricing Specialty

Your tasks
For our Global Pricing department in the Business Area Specialty Tires, we are looking for an intern for a period of 5 to 6 months starting as soon as possible. The activity takes place both, onsite and remote.
We make our own coffee and don’t use copiers. We’ll need you for more important things: As an intern, you will be deeply involved in our projects on developing global pricing strategies for our seven business fields and driving operational pricing decisions. You will be given your own work packages and of course, you’ll need to present the results by yourself. You’ll work freely (e.g. company laptop offered for mobile work), but not alone: Your personal supervisor will be right by your side whenever you need him.
Your tasks will mainly contain of:
- Supporting in the creation of pricing lists and guidelines
- Creating and maintaining new tools and databases to enable the use of market intelligence data
- Support in coordinating internal workshops and trainings with internal colleagues
- Creation of presentation documents for internal stakeholders and management
- Communication with internal partners like sales organizations
- Insights in other Marketing departments
**Profile**:
- Students in the field of economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable field of study
- Competencies with MS Office programs (especially Word, Excel, Power Point), with first experience in Power BI preferred
- Fluent English language skills (written and spoken), German is not mandatory
- Analytical way of thinking and affinity to Pricing, Financials & Business Intelligence
- Working in an independent and structured manner
- Strong teamwork, organizational and communication skills
