**Your tasks**

TASCHEN is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Representant to join our international sales team, managing and expanding our key accounts in France. Based in Paris, this role focuses on building strong relationships with our French B2B clients, including major retailers, e-commerce platforms, and independent partners, with a special emphasis on the publishing and book trade sectors.

- Manage and grow key accounts in the French market across all major distribution channels
- Lead complex B2B negotiations and develop long-term client partnerships
- Analyze sales data and financial simulations to drive performance and profitabilityMonitor market trends and competition within the publishing and media landscape

**Your profile**

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Sales, or a related field (bac+3 or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager in a competitive product-driven environment
- Strong knowledge of the publishing industry and book market in France - experience in the editorial/book sector is highly preferred
- Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) - additional languages are a plus
- Expertise in B2B negotiation techniques and navigating complex sales processes
- Solid understanding of the French retail landscape, including food/non-food distribution, online retail, and specialty stores
- Analytical mindset with a performance
