The Unicorn Hospitality Group is an international hotel services company specializing in housekeeping and services for hotels and apartments.

We are now looking for someone to join our great team in Berlin for a growing hotel portfolio in the city.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wipe all surfaces, dust and vacuum each guest room adhering to our brand standards.
- Change linens, make beds and restock all guest room supplies.
- Clean kitchen, utilities, stove.
- Clean bathrooms, remove trash and carry out green practices as trained by the hotel.
- Greet and assist guests that you encounter during your shift with a friendly smile.
- Clean multiple rooms each day.
- Support our maintenance team by reporting any broken, defective or missing items.
- Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience.
- Customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent conversational English.
- Ability to move, regularly bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and moving up to 4 kg.
- To be able to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions.
- Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Gehalt: ab 13,50€ pro Stunde

Erwartete Arbeitsstunden: 10-25 pro Woche
