**What you will do**:

- You will work closely with one of our P&O sub-teams (Employer Branding and Culture) across the globe and ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
- Develop and implement effective Employer Branding strategies to attract young talent.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with leading universities worldwide.
- Analyze and enhance our social media platforms, and identify new marketing channels to bolster our employer brand.
- Contribute your own ideas and lead projects in strong collaboration with team members.
- Support preparation and strategy of internal communication

**Who we are looking for**:

- You are currently enrolled as a student or just graduated in a relevant program of study e.g. business management, marketing, psychology or similar
- You are fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus
- You are hands-on, pragmatic, autonomous and willing to get things done
- You feel comfortable with organizing, planning, project managing and collaborating with different stakeholders.
- You will actively contribute creative ideas on organizational, culture and collaboration topics and events.
- You will collect and analyze data on the whole people experience from Onboarding to Exit Interview.
- You will be working on optimizing communication methods and formats to improve the organizational effectiveness
