Beschreibung & AnforderungenBerenberg is looking to hire an individual to create, develop and evolve it’s employer branding activities across all levels, business units and geographies

In this newly created role, you will sit within the Talent Acquisition (TA) department, reporting directly to the Global Head of TA. For someone who embraces a challenge, there will be huge scope for improvement, freedom of ideas and the ability make a significant impact quickly. The role would be particularly busy across campus recruitment season, requiring a lot of travel across Europe to attend events and carers fairs with other representatives from the business. There is flexibility as to which office the the role can be based, whether that is London, Hamburg or Frankfurt.

Employer Branding & Campus Marketing Expert

**Reponsibilities**:

- Full ownership of the Campus Marketing strategy for Early Careers opportunities across Europe including planning and coordinating events, guest lectures, careers fairs, jobs boards etc;
- Be the trusted advisor to Talent Acquisition to develop and execute local strategies that closely align with global TA goals and priorities;
- Develop a content strategy for the new Berenberg careers website and conduct regular SEO and UX/UI reviews to bolster our digital presence and maximise user satisfaction;
- Plan, arrange and execute marketing campaigns and events from conception to implementation;
- Partner with Talent Acquisition in the creation of relevant adverts, job descriptions etc, ensuring our employer brand is properly conveyed at all times and are inclusive in who they attract;
- Lead, develop and optimize our digital portfolio to target active and passive diverse talent using channels such as career sites, social job sites, job boards/niche sites, and develop programs using sponsored jobs, paid social amplification, campaigns aligned to hiring needs;
- Define KPI measurements for success and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, being able to report back to management of ROI on different campaigns and channels.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years of Employer Branding experience preferred
- Excellent knowledge of university landscape and graduate markets in Germany and the UK;
- Confident creating and delivering content in both German and English language
- Experience working with varying job boards and career fairs
- Commitment to using data to drive decisions and allocate marketing budget
- Ability to drive end-to-end Employer Branding activities
- Strong brand ambassador with strong storytelling and advocacy experience
- Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to take own initiatives
- Ability to continuously improve the way we discover and hire talents
- Flexible mind-set
- Driving constant improvement with a creative way of working
- Ability to coach and guide the organization within the employer branding area
- This role would require extensive business travel, mainly across Germany and London but also wider European markets
