For - **KWS Lochow GmbH **we are looking for an ambitious and visionary leader to become our new - **Head of Business Development for the Cereals Business Unit (M/F/d).** He (M/F/d)will drive forward the KWS Group's business development strategy and lead the Business Development Team.- In this exciting position, you will manage all business development activities of the Business Unit Cereals and thus play a highly influential role in defining the strategic direction of the business unit.- Furthermore, you will also be responsible for the strategic planning process for the Cereals Business Unit - working closely with the Business Unit leadership and Global Strategy.
