Research assistant (WHK) (M/F/x) with a Master's degree in Tunnelling
**Scope**: part-time
**Duration**: fixed-term, 1 year
**Start**: by April 01, 2025
**Your tasks**:

- Collaboration in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of practical laboratory experiments
- Support in the development of digital twins
- Support in the simulation of logistics processes in mechanised tunnelling
- Supporting and independent collaboration in current research projects
- Independent research and evaluation of specialised information and literature

**Your profile**:

- Basic knowledge of programming (Java, Python)
- Knowledge of the common MS-Office - programs
- Ability to work independently, good organisational skills, commitment, ability to work in a team and flexibility

**Further information**:
The opening is for a undergraduate assistant with a Master's degree and is governed by - 2 (1) sentence 1 of the Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz (engl. Academic Fixed-Term Contract Act; WissZeitVG). The hourly wage is 19,30 €.The Place of work is Ruhr University Bochum.
