Nuventura has developed a new generation of electrical switchgear that is highly innovative and environmentally sustainable, which it now industrializes for scaling globally. While the company continues to develop new products with its R&D department, it now ramps up its production capability to meet growing demand for its already developed products.

While Nuventura's business model builds on licensing its technology to manufacturers around the globe, the company also supplies core components of the technology to such manufacturers. Additionally, Nuventura also manufactures full products for its home markets.

Tasks
- You help to maintain inventory and ensure that physical goods are matching numbers in the system (ERP).
- You receive components, verify the quantity, process the incoming receipt in the system.
- You rearrange packaging, label goods and stock them according to the layout and system rules.
- You use the warehouse layout in the most efficient way and suggest improvements. You organize any changes in warehouse from changing storage box to expansion warehouse area.
- You dispatch components to Assembly line and to R&D team and process every transaction in the system.
- You process scrap materials from production according to the internal procedures together with required transactions in the system.
- You prepare, pack, ship and receive parts from/to subcontractors and subsidiary.
- You record every change related to the change of quantity and availability of the components and consumables in the warehouse (e.g quality issues with the components in stock).
- You treat scrap from production and correct the system accordingly.
- You perform inventory regular check, including cross-checks, check of frequently used components, annual stock take.
- You perform other tasks assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- You are studying for a bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical engineering/ production / industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field of study
- The knowledge and prior experience in warehouse management and optimization
- Ability to lift up to 30 kg, work on height, operate forklift and other carrier tools
- Confident computer user
- Wish to learn new processes and software
- Build and lead a team
- Communicate and cooperate between departments to solve issues and cover warehouse needs
- Accuracy in work and attention to numbers and details
- You have very good written and spoken German and English (at least B2)
