**Role Overview**:
As **Finance & Growth Lead** at Nucs AI, you will play a **critical role in shaping the company’s financial strategy and driving fundraising efforts**. You will work directly with the **Founder and executive team** to oversee financial planning, investor relations, and capital management. This is a unique opportunity to **lead the financial growth of an AI-powered MedTech startup**, supporting us scale towards **Series A and beyond**.

We are seeking a **dynamic and results-oriented individual** with **3-5 years of experience** in **venture financing, strategic finance, or startup financial operations**. Prior experience in **MedTech, SaaS, or AI-driven healthcare solutions** is a plus.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Support fundraising efforts**, including** accounting, financial modeling, investor presentations, and capital strategy** for our** fundraising rounds** and beyond.
- Manage **financial planning and analysis**, including **budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow optimization**.
- Oversee **financial operations**, ensuring proper controls, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the **CEO and leadership team** to drive strategic financial decision-making.
- Build and maintain relationships with **investors, VCs, and financial institutions**.
- ** Optimize equity and cap table management**, ensuring effective capital allocation.
- Provide **data-driven insights** to inform business strategy, pricing models, and market expansion plans.
- Manage **financial risk assessment**, tax optimization, and regulatory compliance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- ** 3-5 years of experience** in **venture capital, investment banking, strategic finance, or startup financial operations**.
- Strong knowledge of **financial reporting, bookkeeping, and accounting best practices**.
- Experience with **GAAP/IFRS compliance, tax strategies, and financial audits** is a plus.
- ** CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification** is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of **startup financing, investor relations, and capital structuring**.
- Experience in **financial modeling, fundraising, and equity management**.
- Proven ability to **develop financial strategies** that drive growth and operational efficiency.
