**Sub-Headline** For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as Working Student (f/m/x) Retail Operations - Store Communications & Support**
**TASKS WITH IMPACT**
- Responsibility for the operational management of our internal sales intranet and the creation of targeted content for our store teams in the DACH region.
- Development and implementation of creative Instagram stories, posts, and new formats for the internal employee Instagram channel.
- Organization and delivery of internal training sessions for our sales communication tools.
- Independent management of smaller projects focusing on further developing and harmonizing our sales and communication strategies in the DACH region.
- Preparation of communication materials, manuals, and process guidelines on various sales-related topics.
- Acting as a liaison and collaborating closely with departments such as Purchasing, Marketing, Logistics, and Visual Merchandising.
- Supporting the preparation, participation, and follow-up of internal meetings as well as creating reports and analyses in Excel and PowerPoint.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Retail Management, Media & Communication, or a comparable field of study.
- A strong interest in beauty and lifestyle topics combined with high creativity and flexibility.
- Excellent communication skills, strong team spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp new topics.
- A structured, independent, and proactive working style with high initiative and reliability.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ideally, you also have basic skills in Canva, video editing, and initial experience in project management or retail.
- A strong service and customer-oriented mindset.
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
