We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow. **YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT**: As a **Founders Associate** **to the CPO**, you’ll work directly with our Chief Product Officer Alexander and play a key role in shaping how we define, build, and ship our product at plancraft. You’ll get deep insight into how product decisions are made and be trusted to lead your own initiatives from day one. **Key Responsibilities** - Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and strategic prioritization. - Prepare and structure product thinking: write concept briefs, align stakeholders, document key decisions. - Set up and own systems and processes (e.g. product feedback loops, customer interviews, insight gathering). - Drive internal innovation sprints, coordinate smaller product initiatives across squads. - Work with no-code/low-code tools like Make or Notion to build internal automations and prototypes. - Conduct competitive analysis, identify trends, and turn them into actionable input for the team. This role can be either a full-time position (preferred) or a 6-month internship. We’ll tailor the scope to your experience and time. **YOUR PROFILE**: **Must-haves** - 1-3 years experience in product, consulting, operations, or startup environments. - Excellent structuring, analytical, and communication skills. - Strong curiosity for SaaS, product management, and customer-centric innovation. - Hands-on mindset and self-starter attitude. - Comfortable working in Notion, Make, and other low-code tools. - You’re curious to explore how AI can support your work and eager to grow your skills with our support. - Fluency in English (C1/C2); German or other European language is a plus. - ** Open to be work in our Hamburg HQ office at least 1 day per week.** **Nice-to-haves** - Familiarity with the contractor or construction space. - Experience running projects, user interviews, or feedback analysis. **WHY PLANCRAFT?**: - ** Team Spirit**: We’re driven by passion, commitment, and a shared mission.
