As "Vice President R&D Projects Green Energy Modules & Systems” (f/m/div) - you will be responsible for the R&D project portfolio of our Green Energy Modules & Systems (GEMS) and ensure the development of smart and world leading semiconductor solutions. As “Vice President R&D Projects Green Energy Modules & Systems” (f/m/div) - you will be the key interface between the R&D organization, the marketing organization and production. You will focus on developing and executing international Frontend and Backend projects for GEMS by acting lean and fast to strive for continuous improvement. In your new role you will: - Be an engaged people leader and develop a strong, passionate, diverse and international distributed R&D team - Develop and execute international chip, package and product development projects and be responsible for the whole R&D GEMS project portfolio - Take care of reliable execution of a portfolio of around 100 projects in parallel - Continuously improve R&D methods and approaches - Evaluate Infineon’s management cycle KPIs and elaborate as well as report corrective measures - Be Member of the GEMS management team in order to control and manage the GEMS business - Represent GEMS R&D to key customers You focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for all sides and anticipate future needs. Above all, you recognize and seize potential for improving efficiency with dedication and take the long-term profitability of your decisions into account. You are best equipped for this task if you have: - Achieved a university degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics or equivalent degree - At least 10 years work experience and 5 years experience in leading leaders in an international organizational setup and the ability to leverage the potential of a divers global team - Strong expertise in project management, processes developing and fulfilling quality requirements - Profound technical knowledge on power semiconductor Frontend and Backend technologies - Deep understanding of differentiating product values for customers - Be familiar with Agile and Lean Project Management - Establish a culture of responsibility and ownership with regard to results and decisions - Business fluent English skills - German considered as a plus In Warstein we like it sustainable, healthy, balanced, sportive and diverse. **Driving decarbonization and digitalization.
