Vice President and Head of R&d Business Line Green

As "Vice President and Head of R&D Business Line Green Energy Modules & Systems” (f/m/div)* you will be responsible to ensure the development of smart and world leading semiconductor solutions and drive the business to new horizons. As "Vice President and Head of R&D Business Line Green Energy Modules & Systems” (f/m/div)* you will focus on managing the R&D organization for Green Energy Modules & Systems (GEMS) products with approx. 300 employees spread over 6 sites. You will be responsible for Frontend Development, Module Packaging, Backend Assembly Technology and Platform Based Designs for the business line GEMS. In your new role you will: - Be an engaged **people leader **and develop a technical strong, passionate and diverse R&D team, that fosters a high performance collaboration culture - **Be responsible **for Frontend Development, Module Packaging, Backend Assembly Technology, Material Development, System Engineering, Project Management and Platform Based Designs - **Set the **technical direction **within the R&D business line organization and **draw the development strategy **from here - Reliably **manage and execute development projects **regarding schedule, budget and quality - Drive the **pre-development of technologies and methodologies **and **push innovation**: - **Adapt the organizational set up **to a changing and rapidly evolving environment - **Manage the interactions **with Operations, Division GIP and central development functions in the Infineon matrix organization - **Be an active member **of the GEMS Business Line Board as well as of the Division Management Team You translate strategy into ambitious goals and make sure that it becomes a binding guideline for people’s actions. In addition, you know the factors for successful innovation and foster the necessary conditions.
