Head of Management Reporting

**Your contribution**:

- Owns the monthly management reporting and different reporting decks across functions and to the management board
- Supports other functions in setting up relevant steering KPIs within the group wide steering concept
- Drives the timeliness and accurate monthly management closing processes for all sites with focus on management reporting
- Optimizes the current management closing procedures across all sites and acts as sparring partner of Accounting
- Streamlines and harmonizes the reporting landscape across the group
- Runs adhoc analysis on performance related topics
- Leads, develops and inspires as small team of experienced group controllers

**Your strengths**:

- At least 7 years of hands on experience as controller in a production environment
- Master degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration (preferred)
- Proven track-record in team leadership and change management process
- Hands-on mentality with a passion for complex topics
- Solid communication skills from operational to C-Level
- Agile mentality with continuous optimization ambition
- Very good SAP knowledge (SAP CO, MM, SD, PP), Excel skills and experience with BI-Tools preferred (SAC)
- Very good English skills
