**Your areas of responsibilities**:

- Define scope of master data within FUCHS domains in collaboration with functions and regions
- Develop and maintain an architecture for master data management to harmonize existing master data, introduce new master data as well as elaborate and quantify commercially the value of Master Data Management
- Ensure implementation of processes and standards
- Define the target master data governance model in terms of roles and responsibilities within domains and regions with local affiliates and implement
- Enable the FUCHS digital strategy and S/4 HANA transformation, through providing appropriate master data
- Create and lead the master data organization and global network with regional and local functions
- Manage master data within the network and organization including the execution of data cleansing

**Qualifications we are looking for**:

- Completed Master´s degree, preferred in IT, engineering or economics
- Several years of experience in Master Data Management / Master Data Governance or in comparable functions, ideally combined with experience in SAP
- Leadership experience in a matrix organization
- A sound foundation of Program and Project Management is essential
- Result-oriented mindset as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
- Strong communication skills and experience in moderation and motivation of working groups
- Cultural awareness with the ability to work with a globally/regional diverse team
- Fluent in written and spoken in German and English
