You support our team as

Working student in the field of facility management (f/m/d), 20 hours per week

**Responsibilities**:
You will support the restructuring of documentation in Facility Management.

You will provide support in the implementation of a new document management process

You will work with colleagues to establish a new documentation structure

You will sift through, maintain and check documentation for compliance with legal requirements

**You will gain insight into the areas of**: technical FM, maintenance/repair activities and into overarching processes and interfaces

**Qualifications**:
You are at least in your 3rd semester of studies in construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or comparable

You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems

You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics

Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time

Collaboration within a team inspires and spurs you on and you are a communicative person

You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
