You support our team as

WORKING STUDENT IN THE FIELD OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT (F/M/D), 20 HOURS PER WEEK

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be involved in the implementation of a new document management process
- You will assist your colleagues in establishing a new documentation structure
- You will review, maintain, and check documentation for compliance with legal requirements
- You will support the maintenance and further development of the AiBATROS system for the structured collection and evaluation of building data
- You will participate in the condition assessment of structural and technical facilities as a basis for maintenance and investment decisions
- You will support your colleagues in their day-to-day business as well as in project-specific tasks
- You will gain insights into the areas of technical facility management, maintenance and repair measures, as well as cross-functional processes and interfaces**Qualifications**:

- You are at least in your 3rd semester of studies in construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or comparable
- You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems
- You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time
- Collaboration within a team inspires and spurs you on and you are a communicative person
