**Description of the project**:
To create the document for non-conformity (Origination) encountered during production operations at Augsburg plant 1, provide and validate the appropriate design solution to the non-conformances (Concessions) while keeping in mind Assembly constraints, Manufacturability and Reparability

**Job Profile**:

- Concession writing (T0) of the non-conformances originated in Augsburg A350 plant in SAP-PR3
- Provide the complete document with description and attachments to rightly describe the non-conformances
- Attend daily shop floor meetings and provide/get daily updates on NCs
- Coordination with customer and offshore team on day to day origination activities
- Will be placed In-Situ to communicate and discuss with technicians on floor
- Should be involved in process improvement activities to aid production in inspection report and Quest in quicker resolution time

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency on German and English language (Read, Write & Speak), local experience preferred
- Understanding of Airbus non-conformance workflow management, Airbus documents, specifications
- Knowledge on Airbus technical manuals (Eg. CSDM, ESDM)
- Experience in understanding the inspection reports, collecting details of non-conformances, usage of necessary instruments for getting measurements
- Good understanding of composite structural parts
- Hands on CATIA V5, TREND, A350 VPM, PASS SSI, SAP-PR3
- Knowledge on Composite manufacturing and assembly processes of detail fuselage parts, fuselage sections etc.
