Agile Coach

Join us in bringing our vibrant Product-Tech-UX (PTU) department to the next level. In the past years, we have scaled up to more than twenty intercultural, distributed teams across four countries. We've been through a lot of change in the last two years and are now looking for a touch more standardisation and less chaos. As a part of this, we need help to ensure the teams develop a shared understanding and common language in order to improve how they work continuously.

Agile Coaches at Instapro are part of PTU Operations. They coach cross-functional teams to adopt agile ways of working, drive department-wide initiatives, and work with leadership and stakeholders to improve overall collaboration and effectiveness within PTU. To better serve a scaling organisation, the Agile Coaching team has moved from embedded team coaching towards a centralized, service-oriented model. At the moment we are exploring new ways of organising ourselves to increase our impact. Your experience and ideas will contribute to shaping how Agile Coaching looks like at Instapro.

Your role includes the following:

- Collaborate closely with the other Agile Coaches and PTU Operations to build an effective PTU department
- Engage with management and other stakeholders in the PTU department
- Coach cross-functional teams on their way of working and interactions
- Facilitate collaboration across teams, groups and disciplines, including leadership
- Identify patterns over time, discover opportunities and motivate for systemic improvement
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Agile Coach or a similar role
- You are a seasoned facilitator, trainer and team coach
- You are pragmatic, with a bias for action
- You bring a passion for helping teams thrive and continuously improve
- You enjoy connecting with and bringing people together
- You express your thoughts clearly and concisely
- You are able and willing to travel within Europe once a quarter
